This piece was started from a life sitting during the "CHAIR IN THE WINDOW" series at a local gallery in Kansas City, MO. The model is a young actress dressed in a Fairy costume. I finished the piece from a photo taken at the life sitting. There is also a oil of the same young lady in this costume which I painted from life during her first sitting at the same location. Her Name is Sabrina OR BRI. CURRENT UPDATE: LEARNED RECENTLY SHE HAS NOW BECOME KNOWN AS "THE KANSAS CITY FAIRY.
PROIR TO THE COVID IN 2020 SHE AND HER TROUP WERE PLANNING A TRIP TO MY STUDIO SO THE COULD VIEW THE TWO PAINTINGS FIRST HAND. AS OF THIS DATE ALL IS ON HOLD?
